We are heading into the middle of the race season and, just like the weather, the points racing at the OffRoad Speedway is heating up. Not only at the top of the standings but the fight to stay in the top ten. We have 3 regular race nights before the big World of Outlaws “Norfolk Showdown” on June 25th, sponsored by Renegade Stores. This year we are able to schedule a race night on July 3rd. This doesn’t happen every year and when it does, we try to put on a fireworks show after the races. The OffRoad Speedway has put money into purchasing Fireworks again this year, but with the rising prices of Fireworks, help is needed. We do have pledges from several businesses to add to the show and if anyone would like to contribute to make it better than ever, please let me know.
