I have had a lot of input on what to do for Saturday night at the OffRoad Speedway and I appreciate them all. Unlike last week, the issue is the temperature at race time being in the 40s. It has been decided to cancel for April 17th. Springtime racing in Nebraska is always a question mark and whatever decision is made can be good for some and not so good for others. Tim Estenson notched his first ever win with the Gunderson Racing Midwest Sprint Touring Series Saturday night. The Fargo, North Dakota, native topped a strong field that was co-sanctioned with the Malvern Bank 360 Sprint Series at the Off Road Speedway in Norfolk, Nebraska. We have gotten the 2023 Race Season going at the OffRoad Speedway. I want to remind everyone that we will be going back to our regular race hours starting this Saturday, May 6th. Hot laps will be at 6:15 and Races start at 7:00. The weather forecast for Saturday has a good chance of rain and everyone knows weather is always an issue. We might be able to get our regular racing season going this Saturday, April 29th. Forecast as of now is 66 and windy. A few things I want to mention. 1st, we are going to have banners for the drivers that finished in the top ten in their class last year. Because of the wind we might have to be creative on how we display them. The Gunderson Racing Inc. Midwest Sprint Touring Series is set to embark on an exciting 2023 season, which will open May 13 at the Off Road Speedway in Norfolk, Nebraska. The four-state schedule will take drivers, teams and fans on an adventure that will wrap up with the series championship in September. April 15th Races are canceled due to weather. Opening night will be April 22. We are going to try and race 4 cylinders. Non sanctioned, front and rear wheel drive cars or pickups.

A Note from the Promoter The 1st race night of 2023 is in the books. There was a snafu with the internet, which we count on for scoring through MyRacePass. Internet went down in multiple towns but we managed with talented Ladies who handscored the last A-Feature. Looking ahead to this weekend, the weather may be a factor.
