The Malvern Bank Super Late Model West series will be making a stop at the OffRoad Speedway this Saturday, May 22nd. The last time SLMR was at the OffRoad Speedway in 2020, Tad Pospisil won the A-Feature. Ben Schaller, another Norfolk native in the SLMR series, was runner up in the 2019 race at OffRoad. The OffRoad Speedway will have Mini Sprint cars racing on May 15th. These cars are smaller than the regular Sprint Cars. They are running a stock 600cc motorcycle engine and weigh just 750lbs with the driver. Saturday night these cars will be using a wing but they can run without. George Murdock's #3 NAPA Auto Parts machine will be at Renner AutoBody on East Omaha on Thursday and a couple will of them will be at the entrance to the Grandstand Saturday night so they can be seen up close.
